Our fee is 25% of your gross rental revenue. It covers every service we provide — listing management, guest communication, cleaning coordination, pricing optimization, and reporting. There are no setup fees or monthly retainers. If you don't earn, we don't earn.
Airbnb automatically sends payouts directly to your registered bank account. Our management fee is handled seamlessly through their co-host payout system — no manual invoicing, no waiting on transfers from us.
No binding long-term contracts. We operate on a flexible agreement — if you're not satisfied with our performance, you can exit without penalties. We believe the quality of our work should be the only reason you stay.
No problem at all. You retain full ownership and control of your calendar. Simply block off dates in advance for personal stays and we'll work around your schedule.
